When you book and pay either in full or a deposit for a course. You will receive written confirmation of your booking and date.

If you wish to cancel your booking this must be done within 7 days of payment (full or deposit) and booking. If after this time no monetary refund will be given, but we will offer you another course date that suits both parties.

If for any reason we "The Company" have to cancel a course you will be entitled to a full refund or another course date being offered that suits.
